She holds a certification from the Penn State SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) program, a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education, a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, and she is also a Registered Tax Professional, with over eleven years of experience.

Meghan Hewitt has been employed in Visual Communications for 10 years now, providing clients with graphic & web design, along with marketing knowledge that spans SEO to Social Media. After graduating from SCAD in 2010, she worked for larger companies such as United Web Works and Nine Line Apparel. In her role, she has successfully implemented employee development strategies and re-branded companies like Southeastern Auto Auction. Meghan also served as the head of the marketing department at Creek Fire RV Resort and worked diligently at Nine Line Apparel as their so-called 'Google girl,' managing everything SEO-related along with her design work. Recently, Meghan has leveraged her extensive expertise to launch her own brand, BlaquePearl Marketing, offering tailored HR consulting services. She holds an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from DCAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications from SCAD, which she applies daily to provide her clients with exceptional Visual Communications service.

Susan Anderson is an internationally experienced communications pro who has created opportunities and publicity campaigns for entertainment, government, and business on a global scale. A former journalist, Susan's roots and experience give her an edge in the industries she services, including the implementation of employee development strategies. She has worked for major media organizations including The Star-Ledger, Associated Press, and North Jersey Media Group. As a mission-driven strategist, she successfully integrates result-oriented campaigns in alignment with client objectives, often utilizing her expertise in HR consulting services. She holds a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts in journalism from the City University of New York.

Katryna Peart is a multimedia and writing professional with nearly 10 years of experience in marketing and public relations across various fields. As a PRNDI award-winner, she has a strong background in content creation. Currently, Katryna works for New Jersey Arts Incubator, where she combines her event management and social media expertise with effective employee development strategies. With several years of experience in press and events for a New York City associate of a booking agency, she has contributed to major media events such as the BET Honors and the Hip Hop Awards. Before joining NJAI, Katryna served as the Senior Marketing Specialist at Transit Wireless and Merck Animal Health, where she oversaw all digital marketing activities, including the creation of original blog content and social media posts, as well as collaborating with HR consulting services to enhance team communications.
